Except that it wasn’t. I was constantly bullied at work, and despite my excellent performance, I was constantly made to feel underqualified simply because I was ‘too young’ to get it.
After years of putting up with bad leadership and a toxic work environment, I finally decided it was time to pack up and leave.

1. Our training is 90 minutes max per workshop- we know your team can’t afford to spend days in training sessions. They need solutions they can implement immediately so that they can relieve stress and begin to enjoy their work again
2. I use the most up-to-date research, strategies as case-studies because I know remote working in a pandemic means your team’s at home circumstances are always adapting and has many layers- we support them through it all.
3. For a team of 100, workshops start from as little as $50 per employee for the full training program. Why? Because I actually care and my intention is to empower hundreds of emotionally-healthy, effective and sustainable remote teams so that we can reduce burnout at a global level.
4. I’ve lived most, if not all of the challenges your team are facing AND I have the academic experience to ensure your team’s learning is activated on all levels in a relatable way that’s human.
